Darkness over the Face of the Earth

Take Heed the Pure in Spirit!!! Darkness is on the face of the earth, evil is everywhere around us, demons are moving freely in the Streets seeking for those to afflict and possess. Be overwhelmed not by the riches and glories in the world, for it is delusional and sheer vanity. The occultic world is true; its members are out there, amongst the sons of men, promoting the enterprise of darkness against the Purest Light of Truth, Holiness and Righteousness. Is it the so called Illuminati or Freemasons, Ogboni or other evil cults that mostly operate from the underworld? These groups remain the greatest threat to God’s creations and every living soul on earth need to be mindful of this disastrous threat to humanity.

Be confined not by popular traditions and beliefs, for this exposure may sound ridiculous to some, know this! Our individual beliefs or popular opinions changes not that which is the truth. Only pray to be guided by a Pure Spirit – The Spirit of Truth and Discernment. For the scripture said, “The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.” – Ecclesiastes 1:9. Dark powers, sorcery, black magic, occultic and satanic kingdoms had been in existence as old as the earth. Modern Civilisation never stopped them, the instruments of modernisation (technology) has even helped them to expand their operations and world influence. To the doubting Thomas out there, be informed.

These agents of darkness are using diverse means to control the spiritually dour and the dark lords appointed by Lucifer are using their influence and control over the world’s institutions to fight against those that are carriers of the mark of Grace. The proud lord of darkness (the devil) has not yet revealed himself to the world because he clearly knows that the seeds of mankind hates him, therefore he upholds those in high places under his contractual oath to command his government on humanity.

For the quest for power, desperation for wealth, fame and influence has subjected the earth to the rulership of the proud dark lord; for several world personalities, public figures and leaders are the objects of his influence. The signs are all over and this may not be quite different from what we have heard, but be strong in the Lord; for even with their technological might and worldly influence, they have no power over the children of Light, because spiritually we are far greater than them.

Brethren, we have to always be spiritually alert and be sensitive to the things of the spirit; for the kingdom of darkness is waging strong battles against the kingdom of Light and this spiritual battle against the household of God, is being fought in diverse forts. Always remember to pray for the unity of the Church. And never be tempted to compromise with darkness, for Light and darkness have nothing in common. This is why the forces of darkness are fighting relentlessly to destroy and discredit the ministry of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) of Prophet T.B. Joshua, because the Prophet has chosen to expose and humiliate these agents of darkness for what they represent and has continued to render their enterprise useless against those that have chosen to submit themselves under the authority of God.

To the Children of Light, be troubled not by their threats, for they have no power over the soul, nor be misled by their worldly promises, for its all vanity; given that our heavenly rewards are splendours. For they may have all the natural weapons of sort and the means to inflict pains and death, but relent not and be strong in the Lord, “For the weapons of our warfare are not canal, but they are mighty through God in the pulling down of strong holds.”– 2 Corinthians 10-40.

There are rebels amongst us, never be tempted to give heed to them that have been compromised and are altering the scripture for worldly acceptance and gain. For they slander their fellow Men, promote disunity among the Household of God and reduce the scripture to a mere philosophy of public debate. For it is written, their place would be taken over by another and in times to come, they would be abandoned to perish and bear the shame of their rebellious acts against the household of God.

The Synagogue was attacked and Martyrs were sent to the kingdom of eternal peace, those who have been assigned to uncover it, are under the wrong influence, for evidence no longer makes sense. The media has been compromised to spread that which they want the public to hear. For the proud lord of darkness, who with his instruments of influence has taken over the independent minds of the people and spiritually blindfolded them to see the great injuries the occult world has done to the brethren that are carriers of the Light of Grace.

For many agents of the likes of Nicholas Ibekwe (The confirmed Face of the dark gang- take a closer look of the Skull and Bones in his T-shirt) are alive in the media waiting to spread lies, divert attention, cook unfounded allegations and spread sentiments, connived to glorify the judgment by their own, mandated by their dark lords to condemn the victims of oppression because they were favoured by the Most High God to stand shoulder high above the kingdom of darkness and rendered their evil venture useless. Alas! The innocent would surfer, bleed in pains, live in the misery of their agony and be confined in prison cell, but take note, they cannot be destroyed for this is not unto death, but a living testament to the present and coming generational Churches that the Scripture is alive forever and ever Amen!

Many today wish they could join the so called Illuminati or any powerful occultic group, believing it would fetch them more fame and influence. The truth is that, the devil cannot make one great. For those great stars and the talented out there; were none of the devil’s making. The devil only use his instrument of influence to promote them that are under his contractual oath to the world as bait, but in reality these stars were already destined by God to be great; for right from their mother’s womb, they were marked for greatness. Therefore, despise not the gifted and the stars among them, for many were by ignorant and lack of insecurity fell as a prey for the devil, but pray they discover in soonest, their real purpose on earth; for many were destined to raise the dead, heal the sick and bring hope to the hopeless with their songs and gifts, but were misled by the crafty Lucifer, to use their gifts for the wrong purpose.

The devil knew he cannot endow anyone with a bright star; hence, he uses deceptive strategies and afflictions to trouble those with the promised mark among us, for he knows them great right from their birth. Therefore he causes them to go through challenges, disappointments and all manner of sad events, in other to lure these stars to his kingdom. So he can use their God’s given talents, to promote his evil mission here on earth. When they are initiated into these occultic kingdoms in the cause of attracting riches and fame, they are meant to think their sorrow is over and there is no cause for regret, quite unknown to them that spiritually, they have sold their souls to the devil and that those dark lords who initiated them into the occult, were actually the unseen hands behind those sadness and limitations that made them seems frustrated and been attracted prior to when they were won or deceived into the dark kingdom.

To the Pure in heart…, be deceived not! Their greatness has nothing to do with the contractual oath they took or the initiation and the rituals. The oath is to effect loyalty; the initiation is for darkness (demons or evil spirits) to have easy access to their spirit man and while the rituals are done regularly to renew their commitment to the cause of darkness and all these qualifies their membership. For if they had allow themselves to be guided by the True Spirit of Predestination and were patient enough not to join any occult like group, their destiny would still have been manifested here on earth, but with a consistent opposition from the dark kingdoms, just as they are against the SCOAN and the Prophet. Therefore, the great stars that fell for their bait is due to sheer ignorant and insecurity, for they were already predestined for greatness right from their mother’s womb.

Be careful with some activities that goes on in the internet, the occult worlds are using this means to confine and control the minds and senses of the people that, they can’t reason outside the box. Likewise, be careful with some kind of popular songs, their lyrics and sounds are inspired from the pit of hell, designed to influence darkness in us and make us crave for fleshly desires (iniquities and immoralities). Hence, abhorring and losing interest in those things that edifies our relationship with God. Indulge in listening to awesome inspirational songs that inspire the soul positively and help us build a strong relationship with our Heavenly Father.

Be wise as serpent (Mathew 10-16) and be independent minded (Romans 12:2), avoid those workers of iniquities out there and never fall for their charming and deceitful lips. For by their gifts and talents they write interesting sentences and phrases in the pages of news paper and online media platform to bring confusion and unnecessary argument among brethren. For they slander Men of God and want us to believe our Christian Faith is the world problem. They are good in fabricating malicious lies and use derogatory statement against the Household of God. They come out-loud to ridicule men of God and fellow ministerial brethren who are face with misfortunes. They want the people out there to believe the healing power of God through Men of God are not genuine and the deliverance they claimed are stage-managed.

They are quick to say – “We are in a civilised world…! We don’t need all these religious barbarism that take us to the Stone Age…! The Church is the reason Africa is underdeveloped…! Religion is the world problem…and blabs!” Be move not by their shallow talks, for it’s as a result of their confined brainwashed and the wrong influence they are under; for they lack understanding of spiritual things.

Has the so called modernity or civilisation bring to stop the spread of evil, wickedness, hate and malice? Did the Holy Bible tell us modern civilisation will stop the government of darkness, end deliverance and the healing power of God? For there had been and would always be, a constant battle between the kingdom of Light and darkness, for darkness leads to destruction while, light lead us to redemption. Re: The Dangerous Lies of TB Joshua, By Ebenezer Obadare

It is so ironic and hits me as a shocker when I find out that in this modern age, enlightened minds still choose to dwell in unexamined and preposterous facts. It saddens me when I come to realize how critics can become so desperate to dig out dirt from a pure terrain. So many writers today come into the www world to spread lies and words that have no basis using normative statements instead of empirical approach that has proof and concrete evidence. As Christians or as responsible humans, we are to carefully examine situations before dragging innocent individuals to the dirt or staining one’s reputation just for mere attention. I pity the educational sector of today, it has gotten to the extent that some so-called professors and associate professors write so lamely using trial and error means, presumptions (that is, what they hear and how they feel concerning issues).

The SCOAN building collapse happened since a year back, but some individuals make it seem like it occurs daily. I am not trying to say that the victims who lost their lives are meaningless, I am just saying that as a nation I really think that we are matured and have gotten to a point where we have to let go the thoughts of tragedy.

Contrary is the case for Ebenezer Obadare who claims to be an associate professor in the University of Kansas. The so called associate professor still keeps dwelling in done and dusted issues which have so far been known to be fabricated. This makes one ask the question; how can a writer with such status still rely on falsifications? The answer is simply that the world is unbecoming. Most of the issues raised by this writer have already been addressed in previous articles: Building Collapse: Five (5) Spurious Lies against T.B Joshua’s Ministry.

Ebenezer Obadare Quotes: “The Egbe, the planning committee, and the alleged Dr. Adewunmi are, in all probability, the same person- yes, you guessed right, T.B. Joshua himself; and if you have been debating whether or not Pastor Joshua is worthy of such an award, then, sadly, you have fallen to his gimmick, which is to deflect attention away from his ongoing legal battle with the Lagos state government.”

The question is, how ethical can it be that the renowned Yoruba group Egbe Omo Oodua Parapo (1945) a group that was among those that advocated for Nigerian independence connived with Prophet T.B Joshua to manufacture an award for himself In order to deflect attention from his ongoing legal battle with the Lagos state government when he was clearly not swayed by previous prestigious awards that were given to him which includes the pan-Yoruba media outlet Irohin-Odua as the Yoruba man of the decade, the Arewa award from the northern part of Nigeria as the Ambassador of Peace and the OFR award of the Federal Republic of Nigeria presented by the late Nigerian President Umaru Musa Yar’adua (of blessed memory). All these prestigious awards of the past did not influence the one sided verdict of the coronal magistrate, why can one feel that the recent award from Egbe Omo Oodua Parapo will…?

Let us not be over shadowed with hatred for the man of God, let God’s will be done concerning this case and not trying to add more pain to the wounds of those who lost their loved ones.

As for the alleged N50, 000 naira bribe, it is not new in the kind of society we live today; anything can be done to ruin the image of a man. A journalist known as Mr. Nicholas Ibekwe, went online telling the world that he has a record of Prophet Tb Joshua bribing press men with N50, 000 each, but after listening to the audio tape it was proven absolutely wrong by other journalists and the public. If Ebenezer Obadare, properly listened to the record with an unbiased mind, he would have discovered that the statement of Tb Joshua on that record had nothing to do with bribery. Would one deliberately ill-expose oneself in the public? Both the presentation of the cash and his statements were done in the open, simply because he had no hidden agenda concerning this case. TB Joshua never bribes! It is obvious that the obsessed journalist was simply making a big deal out of the generosity of the Prophet. People of the world, let’s not out of hatred persecute ourselves, in spite of status, religion, race, educational background, etc…. Be your brother’s keeper.

Ebenezer Obadare also ridiculously stated that: “Pastor TB Joshua has spent a lot of money trying to get away with plain murder.” As an associate professor the meaning of the word ‘murder’ should be clear to a person of that caliber by now; according to the Cambridge dictionary, it clearly states that murder is intentionally killing a person. In previous updates on the building collapse issue which this professor failed to research on was clearly analyzed and so far proven from the scene of the incidence that the building collapse was controlled and not as a result of structural failure. But all these points are already known even when the Lagos State Government and its coronal inquest insists that it is as a result of structural failure giving a blind eye to facts that proves contrary. It is surprising that some writers publish articles without proper research and come to a conclusion without updating themselves. So how on earth can a man of God be responsible for the collapse of a building that there is no sign of crack or stress on the foundation? How can a man that heals the sick with the help of the Holy Spirit, helps the poor and positively contributes to his country’s economy kill his own pilgrims?

Let us be rational…….! As you read this article, ponder over each statement and you would find out that the problem is in reality coming from unreliable sources and unenlightened writers with dubious titles and self-bent insinuations.

SEDUCERS WHO REGULARLY FANTASIZE ABOUT SEX WITH TB JOSHUA

Chances are great now, if you’re reading this article, that you are one of those benefiting immensely from the priceless Grace of God in the Life of TB Joshua in the form of healing, deliverance, salvation prosperity, divine protection and all of God’s blessings.  While you are at it, you must not ignore the reality of the diverse forms of opposition against the ministry of TB Joshua, which time has revealed to be in all spheres of life. You must have read derogatory stories about the man in the synagogue on newspapers, Magazines, internet, and also come across distasteful rumors alleging different offenses committed by the Man TB Joshua. A friend of mine who usually kept a record of most allegations against TB Joshua he came across confessed to me that he was confused, when I asked him why, he replied that apart from the fact that the allegations do not all agree, they were so much that he wondered if truly a single soul was capable of all this evil and still have such an active and growing ministry. Still the question remains, how can we verify the truth of these stories? Are these reports true or false? If you’re one of those pondering if there could be any truth in the evil reports you’ve read about TB Joshua, it would interest you to know that Negative propaganda on the internet is one of the least forms of attack against TB Joshua; the ministry of SCOAN aside from topping the chart of the most persecuted ministry on earth, also boasts of thousands of documented confession videos of demonically orchestrated seductive attempts at TB Joshua of the synagogue of all nations. Now this you would agree is a more serious form of attack, especially when the seducers are ever willing to testify before a global audience of the processes involved in their seductive assignment on TB Joshua, such that were it to succeed, we would not be reading falsified stories about TB Joshua, but stories of how the ministry of SCOAN no longer exists. Here we present one of many who have come to The SCOAN to seduce the man of God and her confession was recorded. To the glory of God, she received her deliverance in the name of Jesus Christ and power of the Holy Spirit. Free from deceptive and seductive spirits, she confessed the following:

“I am Florence Oluchi Ezibiro. I was initiated as the queen of the coast from my childhood. When I became older, it was time to carry out my mission, which was seduction. I would go to different churches, in the name of going there looking for a solution to my problem. My mission there was to seduce men of God, most especially the proud pastors. Coming to the church, I would see a pastor preaching, “The kingdom of darkness has no power”. I would be provoked. I knew where my power was, in my eyes, breasts, navel and my hips. When I walked into the church, I made sure the pastor looked at me eye to eye. From there, I would initiate him. When everyone was seated in the church listening to the pastor while he preached, I would walk into the church and make sure everyone’s attention would go to me. The way I demonstrated my body and eyes and the way I walked, they would be forced to look at me. When they looked at me, they would be carried away. After service, if I saw that they didn’t notice me, I would request for their prayer, that I was suffering from this or that. I didn’t actually need the prayer I was requesting for. If I couldn’t seduce them in the church, getting to their office was a one-on-one talk. When I talked to them, I would look into their eyes, read and manipulate their minds at that time. I would say that I wanted to be delivered. The pastors would start preaching that I needed to be born again. I would agree that I needed to be born again. Then I would draw up my breasts and they would say that they were in love with me. I looked into their eyes and could manipulate the pastors. Instead of them to deliver me, I would deliver them on my bed. After that, most of them would begin having problems with their ministries. Inside me, I would know that they were already mine.

Imagine if she would have succeeded. What would have happened? She said that she was sent to seduce pastors and after “delivering them on her bed,” their ministries would begin to suffer problems. That was what happened when she fulfilled her mission. She took souls to the evil kingdom by sleeping with the pastor. But when she came to The SCOAN, she was unable to fulfil the mission. Why? She was unable to seduce neither T.B. Joshua, nor any of the FIVE WISE MEN. Why?

She is one of thousands who have come to The SCOAN on a mission to seduce and destroy the man of God. However, after her mission failed, she received her deliverance and is now free from the evil spirit that led her to commit such sinful acts. Many like her have received their freedom. When you meet them now, either in their home churches or home countries, they will tell you the difference deliverance has made in their lives. You can see many of their testimonies on Emmanuel TV and YouTube.  The happy ending in this story is that the very woman above got delivered, yet this poses an even greater question as regards the widespread sexual abuse allegations; what about those who came with same intent and weren’t delivered? Where are they now?  what are they doing?  If a person with such an evil intent of seducing TB Joshua to have sex with her, after imagining and fantasizing about how her sexual affair with TB Joshua would go, on getting to SCOAN, didn’t succeed and left without being delivered, what do you think would stop such a person from gossiping LIES about how she and TB Joshua slept together? Which of the two sins is easier to commit in your opinion? A person bestowed with demonic powers from the pit of hell for the sole purpose of seducing TB Joshua, leaving without deliverance is capable of anything – and of this truth you can be sure, that when those seducers who escaped without deliverance realized that their mission had failed in The SCOAN, they went to the media, cooking up stories of falsehood against the ministry with this instruction from SATAN their master in mind;

 If we cannot destroy him as it now seems; then let us bring his name to utter disrepute to ascribe unto him the abomination we intended for him, that many whom we have afflicted might not go to him and be loosened from our yoke, else we lose at both ends. For look! The whole worlds of our afflicted are going after him as they went unto him whom we hung on a tree.

If they did succeed, why does the ministry of SCOAN still stand and waxes stronger unto this day?

 

Mr. Eddie Amartey, AKA MR TERRIFIC, SCOAN IMPOSTER EXPOSED! Part 1

In a previous post we made clear to our readers that Satan and his children are NOT happy with the way God is operating at the SCOAN, using Prophet TB Joshua and 5 Wise men hence, they continue to fabricate lies upon lies in attempt to damage the ministry of TB Joshua. Satan is not looking for the people who are already in his kingdom; rather he’s busy hauling those who’re in God’s kingdom into his kingdom. As it was so it is, just as Judas was used to betray Jesus, certain individuals now use online news sites to spread spiteful lies against the work of God at the SCOAN.

One of those who in recent times has spread malicious lies against the ministry of SCOAN is Mr. Eddie Amartey, who is popularly known on a TB Joshua critic Blog as “MR Terrific” he’s unarguably behind some of the most blasphemous remarks about TB Joshua on a reputed critic blog. He made so many bogus claims on that site, ascribing so many events in the ministry including TB Joshua’s Ghana Crusade to his acclaimed immense contributions and now claims to be in a good position to warn others to be wary of SCOAN. But what is the truth of Eddie Amartey’s involvement with SCOAN?  Our correspondents visited the SCOAN during the past week to conduct some investigations inclusive of Eddie Amartey’s role in SCOAN and their findings were astonishing on this unmasked imposter, read on the ensuing interview with one of the group co-ordinators and our correspondents.

WTJ:  Good day Sir, I’m Mrs. Stella woods and this is Mr. Selwyn Clark. We have been directed to you in respect of Mr. Amartey.
Ans:  My name is Mr. Charles How may I help you?

WTJ: We have come from the US in respect of the lot of rumours surrounding the ministry of the SCOAN, and were directed to you for details of  Mr. Amartey a one time member whom we understand was a member of Ecowas group you once co-ordinated

Ans:  Is it Jane Amartey of which Amartey are you referring to? Because we only know one Amartey and she is female.

WTJ:  Wow, We saw in one article in which he claims he was a member and was the one who organised the Ghana crusade in 1997

Ans:  Oh That Twat!

WTJ: Excuse me, what did you say?

Ans:  I said he is a twat, the most irresponsible person I’ve ever seen, in Fact please go, He will make me insult him.

WTJ:  So you know him?

Ans: Yes we know him.

WTJ: So he was a member and the one who made it possible for the Ghana crusade to be held in 1997

WTJ; THE TRUTH!

Ans:  First the only Amartey we know in the SCOAN HQ  is Jane Amartey, she Joined the Church late 1996 and she is the only Amartey I co-ordinated, I remember when she just joined the church, she had a problem which brought her, her womb was always coming out anytime she goes to the loo. I know her as a hair dresser who has a shop somewhere in Yaba (a place in Lagos Nigeria) and God healed her at the SCOAN. I even have her picture here, see (opens a book with her picture pasted against her name) She was the one who brought Mr. Stephen Apomnsem who was mad and walking the streets of Lagos when Jane Amartey met him and brought him to the church where he was healed. So on the issue of Amartey; he’s not the one who organised the Ghana crusade.

WTJ:  Can you please tell us then how the Ghana crusade came to be?

Ans:  When I first joined it we had four Ghanaian disciples under TB Joshua, these were the people who helped with the crusade in Ghana.

WTJ:  So you mean it’s not Amartey who started the Ghana crusade…

T.B. JOSHUA WATCH ADMITS THERE IS NO EVIDENCE AGAINST T. B. JOHUA

After months of slander and defamation, T. B. Joshua Watch finally agrees there is no evidence to support their claim of sexual abuse charges against T.B. Joshua. This is funny considering the fact that they have heaped invectives, called him names and I am wondering why they have not rendered a formal apology to the man of God. In their latest article they said:

‘We’re not saying these allegations are definitely true – we’d have no evidence to support that claim.’

If they claim there is indeed no evidence to support their claims why are they now saying the allegations must be ‘investigated?’  If they have evidence it is incumbent upon them to provide them to the police to investigate because you cannot investigate anything without evidence.

They must for once keep their mouths shut and concentrate on building their lives instead of becoming permanent bloggers. If their aim is to destroy the man of God then they have failed in their venture.

IS SCOAN A CULT? By TB Joshua watch- A Review, part 2

This is the concluding part of this guest post by Solomon, coming forth as a sequel to the previous post addressing the deceptiveness with which tb Joshua watch classified scoan as a cult.

Some embittered and disgruntled ex-disciples made some false allegations against scoan out of malice and wickedness; some as a vendetta for being shown the way out for falling short of standard, and some for their being rejected by fellow disciples for shameful behavior and TB Joshua watch swallowed the allegations hook, line and sinker. They based their conclusion on un-investigated, unconfirmed and unsubstantiated stories dished out by unfriendly elements of scoan who had problems with scoan before leaving the ministry and with these false testimonies matched scoan with 14 cult criteria.

14 CRITERIA USED BY TB JOSHUA WATCH TO CLASSIFY SCOAN AS A CULT

Does SCOAN meet all these criteria as they claim?

1)  The group is focused on a living leader to whom members seem to display excessively zealous, unquestioning commitment.

REPLY: it is common knowledge that every organization expects loyalty from its members. Loyalty can only be earned and cannot be forced. If loyalty and questioning is absolutely forbidden the ex-disciples who left would not have left so easily. There was no oath taken as done in pagan setting. No blood covenant entered into. As people/ disciples enter freely and go away freely. The claim that SCOAN is a cult is therefore wrong.

2)   The group is preoccupied with bringing in new members.

Madelaine: “My family has never tried to recruit me because I think they know that I am a lost cause. But they have put huge amounts of effort into publicizing SCOAN”

REPLY: Madeleine should realize that bringing in new members is not done in SCOAN by ordinary publicity; rather it is done by the work of the Holy Spirit by way of miracles when the gospel is preached and the work is confirmed by the Holy Spirit by way of miracles signs and wonders following. Does the work of the Holy Spirit Make SCOAN a cult?

3)  The group is preoccupied with making money.

Here Madeleine suspects that her friends sold their property in England and gave it to the SCOAN, Granted her suspicion is true, was the family forced to do so? Mark you this is mere suspicion. Granted that her suspicion is correct does a gift to SCOAN justify saying that they are busy asking for money? Not at all, SCOAN cannot be called a cult on this ground.

Giles under this heading is of the opinion that giving members who pay their tithes regularly the opportunity by way of issuing them with passes to SCOAN’S prayer mountain to pray and worship over those non-serious Christians is wrong. He sees the action as money making. What would he call the youths who do not pay tithe but go there to pray as well? Loosing money?

Regulating the number of people who go to the mountain my issuing those who endeavour to obey Gods instruction and also regulate the number since the space at the mountain is very limited in comparison to the number of people who want to go there. Giles himself in the concluding paragraph of his write up said:

“Again it has to be said here that there is definitely a need to regulate people in some way though”

There are thousands of members waiting to get into that particular bit of land so thy obviously have to take turns but money and control play a big part of the whole thing. If you ever stopped paying your tithes or fall foul of the ministry in anyway, you don’t get to go there anymore” what type of regulation does Giles want the ministry to employ? The use of good standing in the church is most appropriate; this does not make SCOAN a cult, does it?

4)  Questioning, doubt, and dissent are discouraged or even punished.

REPLY:  Giles: when I was a boy, I was told in the Sunday school class that obedience is the first rule in heaven. From the account you have given of yourself on TB Joshuawatch, it looks as though you were disobedient all through. You resented being corrected. Reporting each other is a mechanism the disciples must have devised to check and make sure they were behaving properly, some of the disciples who mean business, whose conscience blame them when a fellow disciple does something that brings shame to them must have devised the method. Thank God you even commended the system when you said

“to be fair, sometimes that disciple might have been approached beforehand and given opportunity to change, like it says in the Bible” it might actually BE THE BEST WAY to deal with a particular sin, I mean its possible that a lot of people never again did whatever it was they were doing out of sheer fear of being reported again”

Thank you again that you commended TB Joshua for not taking sides. What then are you quarrelling about? When Lucifer rebelled in heaven, he was punished by being expelled from heaven. Rebellion ought to be punished. Your conduct brought shame to your fellow disciples, hence according to you, as you said

“I was ostracized by the foreign disciples and banned from the dinning room”

5)  Mind-numbing techniques (such as meditation, chanting, speaking in tongues, denunciation sessions, debilitating work routines) are used to suppress doubts about the group and its leader(s)

ANS; the Bible encourages meditation: Joshua 1:8

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shall meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Psalm: 1:2-3

But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night

1 Timothy says:

meditate upon these things, give thyself wholly to them that thy profiting may appear to all.

Chanting was practiced during the time of David and speaking in tongues is the gift of the Holy Spirit which fell on the day of Pentecost. Acts 2: 2-3. The Bible supports speaking in tongues, whats wrong with them? Is meditation and speaking in tongues cultic?

And as for Giles, following the link provided to the original article, it is right for a trainee disciple to concentrate on God’s work rather than socializing while training, the Bible in Philippians 4:8 says

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Madelaine under this heading said she visited  the hope that she would have an opportunity to spend time her son who was there as a disciple but they were always busy and had no time to stop.

I wonder why Madelaine went there to disturb and distract her son from concentrating on his training. She must have contributed very much to her son’s instability and rebellion against the observance of the rules and regulations. Matt 10: 36 says;

 And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. He that loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

She constituted herself into a foe to her son, by distracting him from his training. Even though she still had some opportunity to spend some time with her son, she wasn’t satisfied because her son as a disciple prioritized the phone calls coming over her, and would not let his assignment suffer. (the phone calls that she claimed interrupted their discussion were most likely the church lines, which she would have this disciple not take just to discuss family with her)  she should thus be equally responsible for her sons failure as a disciple in scoan, there is nothing in this issue that makes SCOAN a cult.

6,    The leadership dictates sometimes in great detail how members should think, act, and feel (for example: members must get permission from leaders to date, change jobs, get married; leaders may prescribe what types of clothes to wear, where to live, how to discipline children, and so forth).

ANS; it is customary that in institutions, where moral rectitude is emphasized people are advised on how to behave and conduct themselves in every aspect of life. What does one expect from a religious body that trains disciples without moral instruction and the way one should conduct oneself in the society. This matter does not come up at all for discussion. It is only that some people have become hypocrites,

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.-

Therefore if the Man of God insists on trainee disciples conforming to the instructions in the Bible, his is not a cultist because the Bible is our standard. Being under his tutelage does not only involve instructions pertaining to faith and service but also involves listening to him as regards more fundamental decisions like a job or marriage, for heavens sake pilgrims come all over the world just to hear the mind of God about their proposed marriage or Job from the prophet to know if its Gods will or otherwise, should his disciples not even be more subject to such instruction?

7)       The group is elitist, claiming a special, exalted status for itself, its leader(s), and members (for example: the leader is considered the Messiah or an avatar; the group and/or the leader have a special mission to save humanity).

Response to Madelaine: with due respect, I see your utterances in the affairs of SCOAN as meddlesome. Most of your comments are speculative, why would you not allow them to do the work of God as they are instructed by the Holy Spirit, this meddlesome attitude may sort of ruin your son’s career there as a disciple. Tb Joshua has always said he is not the healer but knows the healer, not once has he claimed to be the messiah or an avatar. This accusation emanated from his rivals, discredited ex-disciples and detractors.

8)       The group has a polarized us-versus-them mentality, which causes conflict with the wider society.

Here Giles talks about having a problem with the term ‘blasphemers”

What other term is appropriate for disciples who left with shame and ignominy, who go about spreading such debasing false rumors against their benefactor?

9)       The group’s leader is not accountable to any authorities (as are, for example, military commanders and ministers, priests, monks, and rabbis of mainstream denominations).

Neither tb Joshua watch nor Madelaine have a locus standi to demand for accountability. Madelaine who was so much fascinated by the performance of SCOAN that she allowed her son to train as a disciple in SCOAN has turned against SCOAN for the mere fact that her son failed to make it, if her so called son who is a disciple were one of the WISE MEN would she still be here making such rants? Not to mention that most of it all are mere speculations…

Madelaine said:

All information about TB Joshua that I have read from the Internet indicates that he is not accountable. I have also met a Nigerian church leader (possible a rival of tb Joshua) visiting England who has said exactly the same.”

Is news from the internet evidence enough? The opinion of possible rival evidence enough? Who else would she rather have TB Joshua accountable to than the author of his calling?

10)   The group teaches or implies that its supposedly exalted ends justify means that members would have considered unethical before joining the group (for example: collecting money for bogus charities).

REPLY:  under this heading our honorable ex-disciple trainee Giles lied according to him, he said;

When I was confronted with a straight question and had to give a yes/no answer, I chose to lie. I have no doubt that the same thing happens all the time.”

From his own words, it is clear that all he did during his disciple training was to LIE, He himself is claiming to be a deviant, and he succeeded in annoying all the other  foreign trainee disciples that they refused him entering the dinning  hall. In short they showed him the way out. How can the testimony of a Liar as to condemn SCOAN as a cult be acceptable as the truth?

11)   The leadership induces guilt feelings in members in order to control them.

Here they had no standing or even testimony to back this criteria up, yet they deceitfully made it part of the criteria scoan allegedly fulfills, because even they themselves know that this is far from the truth. when Giles was reported to TB Joshua according to Giles, TB Joshua defended him- his comments goes thus:

“So the next meeting, guess what I was standing trial for. I have to be fair here and point out that TB Joshua did actually defend me, telling the disciple basically not to judge me, that she made no attempt to understand me etc. this sometimes happens with other people- TB Joshua doesn’t just accept everything”.

Judging by this statement of his again how TB Joshua can put fear into him when TBJ could demand for fair hearing for him? Once a Liar, always a Liar. Truth cannot proceed from his mouth. There is no case of inducing fear into disciples, Cultism is totally absent.

12)   Members’ subservience to the group causes them to cut ties with family and friends, and to give up personal goals and activities that were of interest before joining the group.

The SCOAN Base their standard on the scripture; the claim here is completely wrong. In mark 10:21  one thing thou lackest, go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast and give to the poor and thou shalt have treasure in heaven and come take up the cross and follow me” the Bible is clear on this issue. Upholding the instruction of the Bible portion above is quite in order, as for Giles who said:

‘families are seen by disciples as a hindrance. When you go there as a disciple you are strongly encouraged to cut all links with your family and friends.

The reason can found in the passages quoted above, they are quite explicit its not tb Joshua made. It is the provision in the Bible, the Disciples of christ left all to follow Him, they were not seen joining family matters with the kingdom business

Madelaine; giving up education at a tender age is not the making of TB Joshua, it is a question of choice of the person and the parents after all, Samuel was  born and given to God and he grew up in the temple and later in life became the religious leader of Israel. It is Biblical on the Basis of choice and therefore does not make SCOAN a cult.

13)  Members are expected to devote inordinate amounts of time to the group.

Madelaine:   “Many members of my family have given their every moment of their time for nearly 10 years.”

This option for the training is voluntary. Spending ten years in the service of the Lord is highly commendable and has its own reward spelt out in Mark 10: 29

Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee. 29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s, 30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

There is no question here of cultism.

14)  Members are encouraged or required to live and/or socialize only with other group members

This is according to the word of God in ACTS 5; -13 the disciples’ were of Christ were in Solomon’s porch and no man joined himself to them.

13 And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon’s porch. And of the rest durst no man joined himself to them: but the people magnified them.

For further reading, Acts 4: 32 and Acts 4:34. The Arrangement is not man made, not even TB Joshua’s it is Gods, “Birds of a feather they say flock together”

from the above it is clear that SCOAN Doesnt meet any of the criteria they listed, but they in their usual serpentine deciption cunningly matched scoan to these criteria, and even condemned them for what the Bible even permits, therefore the excersice they undertook has ended in futility.

Fabricated stories and account of the ‘gang’ TB Joshua Watch

TB Joshua Watch……….an outstanding example of paradigm paralysis, tainted by deceit and obnoxious insinuations. It is very sad to see and read the ‘fabricated’ stories and account of the ‘gang’ propagating the evil attacks on SCOAN as a ministry and the person of Prophet T B Joshua.  Suffice to say that, it is now quite evident that the people behind this ’evil project’ are the disgruntled elements, who for whatever reason they became followers and workers in this ministry for the ‘many’ years had not accomplished their mission, or their own agenda.

Who first enticed or forced them into this ministry anyway?  Because of their selfish and dubiously motivated reasons, and because they could not ‘achieve’ what they desired, consequently decided to be the strong attackers of this ministry.  It is quite sad to witness this, for whatever it is worth, come on…..seems the whole issue is tantamount to the skin colour.  Am sure that if TBJ were to be of the other skin colour, oh……it would be a different kettle of fish indeed!

It is quite apparent that the postings and so called ‘comments’ on their ‘venture’ are all concocted, because as they claim they still have ‘loved ones’ in the ministry. These so called former disciples and workers in the vineyard had given and narrated their ‘own side’ of why they left.  Really we don’t get it, what point are they making? As we said earlier, we do not and will never incite anyone to come forward to tell stories about how and why they left SCOAN, the postings and comments we publish are well scrutinised before hand , because we will never be part of words trading and counter accusations, or preside over others to judge and watch them.  All we are doing is to establish and foster good, spirit-filled relationship with Children of God for the salvation of their souls, just like by-line of Emmanuel TV…….Changing Lives, Changing Nations, Changing the World.  As we know as children of Most High….The evidence of Christ is Life Changed. We know indeed that BETTER IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, THE BEST IS YET TO COME!

Inner circle member of TB Joshua Watch speaks #2

I find it imperative to add that during the time l was a member of the SCOAN UK branch, one of the young men approached them to seek advice on schooling, but was clearly told that he should forget about school, and that even TB Joshua himself was a school dropout and therefore he should not bother about school. I was shocked to hear that because l see the SCOAN and Emmanuel TV Partners giving scholarships to less privileged children, and orphans all the time!

We had a good member s of the choir but they were all removed because of their race and skin colour, and replaced by people who were their puppets and cohorts. It became ’white only’ and South African choir. I tried to find out why others who wanted to join were not given the chance, but was told it was because of their ‘accent’.

There was a time they even sent one of us as a spy to the SCOAN service very recently, to feed them with ‘information’…….utterly disturbing! . One of them even stayed as a member as the camera team but promptly left with them.

Funny and intriguing still, as they are anti SCOAN and whatever happens there, but they watch Emmanuel TV 24 hours of the day!

I’m filled with rank fear as I write this, knowing what it would mean if I am discovered, but I choose to do it all the same as a way to right my wrongs because my conscience hurts with each deception TB Joshua watch orchestrate and publish with my input. I perfectly understand if many would judge me and ask why i’m still with them even after realising that they’re all about lies and deceit, because they wouldn’t understand the conditions under which they deceived and coerced me to join their hateful group against my conscience, in the most serpentine manner I never thought possible, now its difficult for me to just step out as I fear what would become of me, they’ve become a gang or cult with a web of intrigues defining their operations. I know I myself pledged allegiance to them, but that was because I
thought they were out to tell the truth about TB Joshua. But now its clear to me that its otherwise and I feel remorseful that i’m betraying innocent blood. still i’m looking for just the perfect opportunity to quit that would guarantee my safety and not put me in jeopardy. I know with this post they’ll be on their guard even more. But its a risk i’m willing to take to satisfy my conscience,  So here goes the story of my Scoan beginnings and involvement with TB Joshua watch.

My Scoan beginnings and involvement with TB Joshua watch:

For nearly 5 years, I have been a committed member of The Synagogue Church of All Nations, in the UK, and I have learnt so many things during this Journey of faith. About
10 -12 months ago, my ‘trusted’ shepherds decided to leave the church, and also lured me and several others into following them from the ministry- to Join them in pursuance of their claim about the administration of the ministry and certain ‘concerns’ about the General Overseer of the ministry.

No sooner than the month I joined their campaign with a blog called TB JOSHUA WATCH did I notice that there was something sinister about their  ‘allegations’ against the ministry of which they had been part for some years. They claimed to be advocating the truth, but in
reality were making all sorts of reckless statements about the ministry, this made me feel really uneasy but I was already in, and so as not to draw attention to myself, I also followed suite.

It is quite disturbing for me that this ‘group’ who ‘decamped’ from the ministry, taking a several others with them (including me), dubbed themselves a kind of ‘watchdog’ over the ministry and instigating all sorts of absurdities, in all shades and patterns. This has
consequently proved that we should only trust God, but never trust any human being, because they can be what we call ‘Here today, Gone tomorrow trustees’. It is still very hard for me to come to terms with the stark reality, that these people who were once flag bearers of Christ under the banner of this ministry suddenly turned themselves into ‘investigative journalists and bloggers’ of disrepute, who are biting the hands and fingers that once fed and cared for them!

In the main, I do really find this issue quite disturbing, speaking as someone privy to both sides, with a clear benefit of hindsight, the de-campers were once standing to condemn the erstwhile ex- followers of the ministry, who went about blackmailing the same ministry.
The main contention here and their ultimate aim is still unclear to me, perhaps I’ll uncover this in the long run, but one thing is sure that the Truth is constant, no matter for how long the adversaries toil day and night, if it is all for selfish, classic and material reasons, they will surely come to nought. Beware, what saddens me more is that there are several others like me, deceived into such a “judas ministry”.

I do implore readers to discountenance the and disregard the comments and postings on this TB JOSHUA WATCH blog, because it is disgracefully short of taste and integrity, lacks credibility on all fronts, and should really engage themselves in building the society for Christ rather than acting and colluding with the ‘children of perdition’ to sabotage His works. The wise takes a hint and acts on it !

[Note from the editor: A point worthy of note here in Greg’s story is that he is communicating the identity of  the main authors of TB Joshua watch as one time evangelists at the Scoan uk. While we are yet to explicitly declare them as the people behind TB Joshua watch till we have unmistakable proof.

TB Joshua’s critics mask themselves as advocates of the truth, but the undisputed fact remains that there’s a world of       difference

between unveiling the truth and instinctive fault finding, and TB Joshua watch are on the prowl for the latter like the biblical proverbial lion seeking whom to devour. Fault finding has now become their perceived ministry and the pattern of thinking in which their minds are formed. In the previous section of this post we raised several glaring similarities between TB Joshua watch and the Pharisees in Jesus day and showed that there was clearly no difference between them, we promised to continue in subsequent post with the scriptural reasons for our belief about TB Joshua watch as a Pharisees sect. What makes such pharisical spirit so dangerous is that it disguises itself as a form of enlightenment.

This is what Jesus meant when he said “if the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness (Matt 6:23)

The darkness is great because the bearer is deluded into thinking it is light.

So How does TB Joshua watch fulfil this criteria?

TB Joshua watch describe their site as a platform: “looking for the truth about TB Joshua and SCOAN”

But rebuking a prophet is their perceived ministry (Luke 19:39)

Fault finding with him is their perceived ministry (Matt7:2)

Publicly exposing his alleged weaknesses is their perceived ministry (John 8:6)

So here’s a summary of their pharisical identification marks and how TB Joshua watch alongside TB Joshua’s critics fulfil all the criteria:

1. They are often doctrinally correct, hence are dangerous. (Acts 23:8)

TB Joshua watch say many things in concurrence with the scriptures, but does that validate their purpose? The bible speaks in Matt 4 of Satan quoting scriptures to Jesus, but in an attempt to tempt him.

2. They love tradition (Matt. 15:1-2; Mark 7:3-5)

TB Joshua watch have come against TB Joshua’s ministry partly because he doesn’t follow traditional Christian norms, but they forget that Jesus himself was a non conformist to a lot of the traditional Judean beliefs of his day, an example being the Sabbath, which they enforced so much that man became a slave to it.

I’m sure that most of the people on this site would consider themselves to be born again Christians. It seems like the theology you adhere to is far removed from generally accepted theology.

3. They’re always poised to investigating healing!

The book of John 9 captures a situation where the Pharisees investigate the healing of a man born blind because they never believed the healing to be true, this is one of the open challenges made by TB Joshua watch, to allow for independent investigations of healings that happen in Scoan, a quote:

Hardaker believes that this is not evidence enough. “There needs to be truly free and independent scrutiny from a group of trustworthy and impartial researchers who have access to all participants. They must have the liberty to report all findings both negative and positive. This will then get somewhere near to assessing veracity.”

4. They attribute true works of God, to the devil. (Matt. 9:34; 12:24)

Satan is a destroyer, sicknesses diseases and the likes are his products but TB Joshua’s critics seem to believe that Satan has turned to a repairer and restorer of life and hence attribute the miraculous healings and deliverances to other gods and principalities a quote from one of the ex-disciple attesting to this from their site reads:

I don’t believe they are “prophecies” at all, but divination, which is seeing into the future via the occult. Christians are not the only ones who can tell the future. Witch doctors, fortune tellers, they all can as well.

hi Jens you may have read some of my posts on this site (I was one of the ex disciples who left) in reply to your queries about the prophecy, I think it’s a mixture of  divination (occult) and basic trickery…. this is divination- the occultic practise of glimpsing into the future – but its hidden by a big propaganda machine selling it as biblical prophecy.

5. They are poised to testing a prophet in order to catch him in his words: Mark 12:13

TB Joshua’s critics would do anything just to find a fault with him, even to the extent of testing him: a visitor to their site declared to them his intention of visiting Scoan and their response to him was a test question aimed at either TB Joshua or his disciples: here is the quote below:

6. They are worldly wise and perceptive. (Matt. 21:45)

This is a point we’ve proven here under the topic post that discussed their pharisee chronicle, the serpentine manner with which they subtly criticize and condemn him is typical of them so as not to appear satanic in the public’s eye.

7. They do what they can to stop people from being saved. (Matt. 23:13)

TB Joshua’s critics are not dumb enough of course say this out loud, neither did the Pharisees in Jesus day, but  action inadvertently does speaks louder than words, let’s examine the evidence proving this point:

I know exactly what i think of him. He’s a fraud, a phoney who promotes himself on the TB Joshua Show, which is privately owned- by him.

While they may subtly persecute TB Joshua so as not to appear evil before the world, The swiftness with which they use every available instrument to attack, such as the misquoted BBC report, shows an aggresive pursuance with Some of their statements being most provoking as any Scoan supporter who has visited their site would notice as the first commenter under their current post lamented:

Why do u call your blog tbjoshuawatch yet it is clear that u are not watching anything (in the spirit i mean) i see someone here talking of a sign frm a movie which i assume to be satanic judging frm wat he is sayin regards to the medallion. Now u that watches such things u come out to judgeTB coz u say parts of the movies medallion looks ‘like’ wat you saw on the annointing water package is that how u discern, so the next time apreacher puts on an all black garment he wil be in trouble with u people coz u wil associate the colour of his clothes with darkness… Im writing you frm Zimbabwe
